The Residenza Santa Maria was opened in 2007 as a result of the meticulous restoration of artisan workshops in a 18th century building with an internal courtyard, today transformed into a charming and peaceful sitting room for our guests. Renovation of the antique brick archways and wooden beamed ceilings, as well as the artistic hand painted frescos and wall decorations, give the Residenza Santa Maria an atmosphere of refined elegance

The spacious and fully furnished rooms are at ground level and they are very quiet. Each room is furnished with simple, but elegant oak wood furniture and wooden ceilings, all have private bathrooms with both shower and bath plus hair-dryer, and are equipped with air conditioning, telephone, mini bar, safe deposit, satellite LCD television and free Internet connection. All the rooms are no-smoking

In the breakfast room, once an Roman cistern, guests can enjoy a rich and abundant buffet breakfast,( boiled eggs, ham cheese,salame,fresh bread, biscuits, cakes,fresh fruits,yogurth,croissants,etc.) surrounded by ancient Roman artefacts, found during restoration of the building
